Frento Shoes offers exclusively made-to-order footwear. Each pair is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. Due to the customized nature of our products:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled 

Minor color or texture variations may occur due to the use of natural leather and handmade processes.

2. Order Process

All orders must be placed online through our website ,call,whatsapp

Customers must provide accurate sizing, shipping, and contact information.

Frento is not liable for incorrect sizing due to customer error.

3. Production and Delivery Timeline

Typical production time is 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and customs processing.

Customers will receive tracking information once the product is shipped.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Since shoes are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only possible in case of:

Manufacturing defects.

Wrong product delivered.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, with original packaging intact.
